HTC launched its flagship mobile HTC One (M8) in India ;HTC Desire 210 and Desire 816 revealed
HTC One (M8) is officially introduced as HTC’s latest flagship smartphone in India. The smartphone will be available for Rs.49, 990 from the first week of May.
HTC also introduced its two new Desire series smartphones, namely Desire210 and Desire 816, priced at Rs.8,700 and Rs.23, 990 respectively. Details about the launch of Desire 816 have not yet been revealed, although it is expected to be released soon. Desire 210 will also be available from next month in India as sources says.
A 5-inch full HD display is also featured in HTC One (M8). It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat with HTC Sense 6 on top. The smartphone has 2.5 GHz quad-core Krait CPUs and 2 GB of RAM powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor. The dimension of the phone is 146.36*70.6*9.35 mm.
The smartphone has the new UltraPixel Duo camera on the rear end featuring BSI sensor, pixel size 2.0 um, sensor size 1/3”, f/2.0, 28mm lens, HTC ImageChip 2 and 1080p Full HD video recording with HDR video. An interesting feature of Slow Motion mode is also featured which allows user to shoot HD slo-mo videos. 5 MP front camera with BSI sensor is also there with wide angle lens having HDR capability and 1080p Full HD video recording.
There are two versions of 16 GB and 32 GB storage, while it is expandable up to 128 GB with the help of micro SD memory card.
HTC One (M8) supports these all for connectivity purpose- 3.5 mm stereo audio jack, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX enabled, Wi-Fi, HTC Connect, micro-USB 2.0, 2G, 3G, 4G LTE(in selected countries of course).A 2600mAh battery powers the smartphone and is rated to deliver talk time up to 20 hours for 3G.
BlinkFeed, Fitbit app, Sense TV, Auto Answer and many more features has been included and improved in HTC One (M8).
It features a 5MP rear camera and a VGA front camera. The smartphone is powered by 1,300 mAh battery. It costs Rs. 8,700.
HTC Desire 816 has a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2, BSI sensor, 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities, and a 5MP front camera. The built-in storage capacity of the smartphone is 8GB and supports micro SD slot for extra space. For connectivity HTC Desire 816 supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE and WCDMA/HS PA+/4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct.
It also has HTC’s dual-frontal speakers and HTC BoomSound.The smartphone is powered by a, 600mAh battery.HTC Desire 816 is priced at Rs. 23,990.

This smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor along with 512MB of RAM. HTC Desire 210 has a 4-inch WVGA screen and it supports (micro SIM + regular SIM).It features a 5MP rear camera and a VGA front camera. The smartphone is powered by 1,300 mAh battery. It costs Rs. 8,700.
HTC Desire 816
The HTC Desire 816 has a 5.5-inch 720p display. Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor powers the smartphone with a 1.6 GHz quad-core CPU and Adreno 305 GPU.
