Root Your SAMSUNG GALAXY Y GT-S5360

Rooting your Android Device allows to get access to file of Android Sub-System. By rooting your Android phone you edit modify delete the system files of Android. You can customize your device according to you. Here we are going to explain the steps to root your Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5340

Requirement:

1.     A computer with working internet connection.

2.     A USB cable to connect your phone to computer.

3.     Off course Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5340 with at least 80% battery charged.

Here are the STEPS for Rooting SAMSUNG GALAXY Y GT-S5360:

1.     First of all charge your phone battery more than 80% to be on safe-side because you to do lots of things.

2.     Backup your Apps, contacts, messages and other things you wants. You can take backup by using App SuperBackup which is available on PlayStore.

3.     Now on your computer download update.zip file and copy it to your phone SD card. Do not copy it any folder and don’t extract it.

4.     Now switch off your Galaxy y Phone.

5.     Boot your phone in recovery mode by pressing Volume Up+Home Button+Power button and keep holding all the button until the Samsung Logo appears. Now you will see some lines of text in red colour and your screen touch wont work now (Don’t Panic). Only your Volume , Home and Power button will work. Volume button is used to go up and  down. Home button is used select the options and Power button is used to go back to previous screen.

6.     Navigate to option “Apply update from SD card” using volume key and select it by pressing home key.

7.     Now choose the update.zip file using volume and home key.

8.     Some text will scroll on the screen.

9.     After that a screen will appear having the option “Reboot system now”. Select that option to reboot your phone and be patient n wait for your Galaxy y to switch ON. It may take longer time than normally it takes.

10.  When Galaxy Y is ON check Apps and if you see the app Superuser is present, it means your Galaxy Y is rooted successfully.

11.   Now open App superuser and update the binaries.

How To Root Micromax Canvas 2 A110

Requirement:

1.     Computer/Laptop with Windows OS and working internet.

2.     Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Phone.

3.     USB Data cable.

Here are the STEPS for Rooting:

1.   First of all install the Micromax A110 Drivers on your Computer sysem

2.    Restart your computer.

3.    Now switch off your mobile phone and connect it to computer via USB Cable.

4.    Unzip the Micromax A110 VCOM Drivers to a folder and manually update this driver.  That’s you       know how to do it ;)

5.    Now Unzip the SP Flash Tool v3.1328 and launch the tool by double click on Flash_tool.exe .

6.    Smart Phone Flash Tool is opened on the screen.

7.    On the Tool window click on “Scatter-loading” button and select the “MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt” from folder where it is downloaded.

8.    Important: Make sure that you have deselected every option except “RECOVERY”.

9.    Click on “RECOVERY” and select the recovery.img (make sure it is named as recovery.img).

10.    Now remove the battery of the phone and disconnect it from computer.

11.    Click on the “DOWNLOAD” button.

12.    Now again connect your phone to PC without battery via USB in Switch off state (as it in step 8) , you will now see the progress bar that the image is downloading to the phone. When completed you will see a green circle in popup window.

13.    Close the SP Flash tool, turn ON your phone and copy the zip file 05_SuperSU_v1_04.zip to the phone SD card.

14.    Open Recovery mode by Switch off your phone and switch ON by pressing Volume Up + Volume Down + Power Button together. Select the option “Install from SD”  and select the 05_SuperSU_v1_04.zip file and install the file.

15.    Reboot your phone normally and you find that App SuperSU is installed on your phone.
